1. Nature of Outdoor Adventure Travel

Beyond Morocco conducts wilderness trekking, mountain biking, and Sahara desert expeditions. By engaging our services, participants acknowledge that outdoor adventure in rugged mountainous and desert environments involves inherent elements of remote terrain, fluctuating weather, physical exertion, and altitude that cannot be eliminated completely.

2. Booking Inquiries & Pricing Validity

All prices displayed on this website are sample baseline estimates provided for traveler planning purposes. Official confirmed quotes are issued in writing after confirming your specific dates, group composition, private versus shared options, and equipment requirements.

A booking is officially reserved only upon mutual signature of the expedition brief and receipt of the agreed deposit.

3. Mandatory Travel & Mountain Rescue Insurance

All participants embarking on High Atlas trekking (including Mount Toubkal) and mountain biking expeditions are required to maintain comprehensive international travel insurance covering:

• High-altitude hiking and trekking up to 4,200 metres.
• Off-road cycling and technical trail riding where applicable.
• Emergency medical evacuation, helicopter rescue, and repatriation.

4. Itinerary Adjustments & Guide Authority

In extreme weather conditions (flash floods in desert wadis, severe blizzards or ice on Toubkal summit, rockfalls), the certified lead guide reserves absolute professional authority to modify the daily trail schedule or turn back for participant safety.

5. Respect for Local Berber Communities & Ecology

Guests agree to follow Leave No Trace principles throughout all national park and desert lands. We ask all adventurers to respect local customs, village traditions, and privacy when passing through Berber mountain settlements.
